Mark Ellebracht

Mark is a former prosecutor that not only practices law, but has written the law while in the Missouri House of Representatives.

Mark has been an attorney based in Clay County, Missouri for more than ten years, and in addition to practicing law on behalf of his clients, Mark has helped to write the laws in the State Legislature for the past half-decade. Mark Ellebracht is a United States Army veteran, a graduate of William Jewell College, and the University of Missouri School of Law. Mark is admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Mark is a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Clay County Bar Association, and Eagle Scout. Mark lives with his family in Clay County, Missouri.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys fishing and going to the lake with his family.
