Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026. This policy explains what information The Injury Counsel (“we”) collects through this website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), your message and the consent choices you make. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to evaluate and handle your potential case.

Text messages

If you check the box agreeing to receive calls, texts or emails about your potential case, we may contact you by those methods. Consent is not a condition of hiring us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share your consent or mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. If we enable website analytics, we will name the provider here and describe the cookies it sets. The site does not currently use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time by calling (314) 727-7220.

Confidentiality

Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details about your matter until we have spoken and agreed to represent you.
