Ashley Stephens

Paralegal

As a paralegal, Ashley brings incredible professional stamina to The Injury Counsel. Much like her commitment to public service, Ashley’s commitment to the legal profession is driven by the opportunity to serve people and solve problems.

Previously, Ashley served in the Missouri House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant. Working in the Capitol, Ashley was responsible for the  management of legislative duties, communications, and constituent services. Ashley then translated her collaborative and organizational skills to her position as a Foster Care Case Manager for the State of Missouri. She advocated on behalf of children in court and worked closely with various parties in the legal and clinical field.

With her experience in the public sector, Ashley understands the importance of problem solving and collaboration. Her experience helping constituents and families resolve issues with government agencies has given her the unique skills needed to deliver outstanding results for clients at The Injury Counsel. She will ensure every client receives effective, efficient, and aggressive representation.

Ashley has participated in numerous philanthropic leadership programs in her community. An avid traveler, she has visited over 30 countries and during her free time, she loves spending time with her family.
